Refund policy

We want this to actually work for you and your dog. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.

Returns You can return an unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Just email us at companionstreetco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Opened or partially used Because this is a consumable health product, we can't resell opened bottles. But if something's wrong — it arrived damaged, or your dog simply won't go near it — email us within 30 days and we'll work it out. We'd rather keep you than keep the sale.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or wrong items If your order shows up damaged or incorrect, send a photo to companionstreetco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it — no need to send anything back.
