Processing

We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.

Standard U.S. shipping is $7.77, and free on orders over $77.77. Need it sooner? Express shipping is $15.55. Most standard orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If it's been more than 10 business days and your order hasn't arrived, email companionstreetco@gmail.com and we'll track it down.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something looks off, email us right away at companionstreetco@gmail.com — we can usually fix it before the order goes out.
